Applications for Grades K-12 Open November 1st for the 2027–2028 School Year!
We encourage families to apply early to begin the VCA K-12 enrollment process.
Please note:
If a grade level is not available to apply for, do not submit an application for a different grade. This indicates that a Grade Level is currently at capacity.
We have reached program capacity in our support services and are currently unable to accept additional students requiring active IEP/Service Plan, or 504 accomodations.
The application fee is non-refundable.

Admissions Criteria:
1. Discipline: Requires a clean record; only minor infractions will be considered.
2. Academics: Minimum 2.0 overall GPA in core subjects (English, Math, Science, History, Foreign Language) and an FCAT score of Level 2 or above to ensure success in our college-preparatory curriculum.
3. Support & Accommodations: FES-UA students requiring minimal support thrive best here. Applicants needing extensive accommodations in their IEP or 504 Plan require review by our Academic Placement Committee to ensure proper services under state law (IDEA). The school reserves the right to determine enrollment status on whether it can reasonably accommodate a student's needs without fundamentally altering its educational model.
4. Prior Dismissals: Applicants dismissed from a previous school will not be considered without a written character reference from that school's principal.

Families are encouraged to begin the application process as early as possible. A non-refundable fee must accompany each submission.

2. After making your account, in FACTS click Start Application and complete the application packet. Submit when Finished. Then Enjoy your Holidays as the Admissions team begins the reviewal process mid January.
3. Track Referral Status: login to make sure your teacher and Pastoral referrals were submitted.
